As part of this project, students will be invited to highlight the things that most concern them about interviews. These will be used to guide what questions are asked in a programme of practice interviews. 

A team of six students will be invited to be partners in the project, forming the core team, working alongside the staff members. The core work will be designing the videos and questions to be answered, covering off where their fears are around interviews.
