First impressions matter, and one of the first impressions the students get is the onboarding process which sets the tone for the future relationship. A full review will be undertaken of the current student digital onboarding process as part of this project, to see where stop-gaps occur. 

Some of the current issues the project will tackle: 

1. The lack of a single destination for students to get all information relating to onboarding,
2. Confusion between student Tnumber and password versus email address and PIN number; and 
3. Being unable to login to the LMS; currently there is no relevant message on the screen advising who to contact.
