This project’s focus is the creation of an Outdoor Classroom and Open access Education Space.

To make the learning environment more innovative, interactive, diverse, and inclusive, the proposal of an outdoor educational space project will be a legacy left by our hospitality, culinary and sports graduates of 2023 & 2024, who embraced, recognised, and utilised the outdoors in ways not yet envisaged because of Covid-19.

The outdoor classroom has been created via student engagement with the outdoors, creating a unique space to support on-campus learning at Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest.
