The project aims to improve the learning and living experiences of IADT students while enhancing the efficiency of Student Support Services (including counselling, career guidance, disability support, and others).

The research will be led by a team of students mentored by academic supervisors, collaborating with Student Support Officers to create a sustainable and efficient digital service. The project includes the development of a Student Support Services app and a web-based tool for support officers.

The team will also work to increase the visibility and accessibility of the services by creating a friendly and inviting brand through physical and digital campaigns that raise awareness among students.
