Corporate Affairs

The THEA office provides support and advice to Ireland’s technological higher education sector across the range of Corporate Governance area, most particularly on Human Resources, Funding and Finance, Governance and Gender and Diversity. The institutes of technology and the technological university aim to set the highest possible standards in these areas, promoting better governance, seeking equitable ways of ensuring the Institutes are well-financed and ensuring that they are great places to work while working towards a fair and balanced policies that respect all their employees.
